Credit Card Fees: Effective November 15th, 2022 we will be charging a fee of 1.654% on Visa / Mastercard payments, 1.797% on Amex payments where the card is present.
Where the card is not present the fee will be 2.195% on Visa / Mastercard and 2.696% on Amex.
There will be NO FEE for payments made by Interac / debit card, cash, or E-tranfers that are sent whilst you are in the clinic for your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we ask that you provide 48hours notice. Whilst we understand that this is not always possible, we reserve the right to charge in full where 48hours notice is not provided.
In the event of cold and flu symptoms, or contact with someone else who is sick, we will waive any late cancellation fee providing the appointment is cancelled more than 3 hrs prior to your visit.
